Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Custom or personalized items and hygiene products (e.g., undergarments) are non-returnable unless unopened and unused.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@hightechrecovery.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll send you a return authorization and detailed instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How long does it take to get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s complete.
Can I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. If you ordered the wrong size, please return the item and place a new order.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
What if my package is lost?
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can open a claim with the shipping carrier.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We are considering expanding to additional regions in the future.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details.
